In this regard, local governments must be careful in managing existing financial sources, especially those originating from regional taxes and regional levies. The potential income of each region is certainly different depending on the condition of natural resources and so on, therefore each region places a different emphasis on each source of regional income. This study aims to analyze parking management in Pekalongan City, especially after the enactment of the Pekalongan City Regulation Number 1 of 2017, and analyzed factors affecting to the implementation of the new Perda. The qualitative descriptive approach was used as a method in this research. This study found that parking management in Pekalongan City is still relatively poor. This is marked by the poor parking service provided and the goal of receiving parking fees is not consistent with the goal. Transparent and accountable management can be a breakthrough to achieving good parking services and parking retribution revenue targets.

Keywords: Parking policy, central business district, parking management.
Mansur Chadi Mursid Restu Aurora Gita Setyani Ika Lestari Yadi Fakhruzein Terang Jaya Copyright (c) 2023 JURNAL LITBANG KOTA PEKALONGAN 2023-12-30 2023-12-30 21 2 10.54911/litbang.v21i2.199 Strategi Pemetaan Genangan Banjir Sungai di Kota Pekalongan Menggunakan Model SCS-CN https://jurnal.pekalongankota.go.id/index.php/litbang/article/view/251
Pekalongan City consistently experiences annual floods. In this research, we aimed to map the distribution of potential flood inundation in Pekalongan City under two scenarios: the existing land cover and urban planning (Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah/RTRW). We utilized hydrological modeling to assess the suitability of the RTRW for future implementation. The Soil Conservation Service – Curve Number (SCS-CN) method was employed, incorporating Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data, soil data, precipitation data, and two sets of land cover data (existing and urban planning). The findings indicate that under the existing land cover, approximately 13.97% of the area is susceptible to flooding, while the remaining 86.03% is not at risk. Conversely, the model using the urban planning (RTRW) scenario suggests that 14.06% of the area has the potential to flood, while 85.94% is not susceptible to flooding. The increase in potential flooding in the urban planning scenario may be attributed to the expansion of residential areas and the reduction of plantation and dry land cover. Furthermore, in assessing monthly modeling results, we observed that the area with flood potential is highest in December 2022 and lowest in June 2022. Considering topographical conditions (DEM), we found that the potential for flood inundation is fairly and evenly distributed in flat areas, mostly with elevations of less than 11 meters. Areas at higher elevations are predominantly free from flood potential, but it is noteworthy that certain areas in the Pekalongan Selatan District, with elevations higher than 11 meters, still have the potential for flooding.

Keywords: Flood, hydrology model, SCS-CN, existing land cover, urban planning
Talitha Az Zahra Rizqi Abdulharis Sella Lestari Nurmaulia Miga Magenika Julian Copyright (c) 2023 JURNAL LITBANG KOTA PEKALONGAN 2023-12-30 2023-12-30 21 2 10.54911/litbang.v21i2.251 Pengaruh E-SAMSAT, Penghasilan, dan Sanksi terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak https://jurnal.pekalongankota.go.id/index.php/litbang/article/view/252
This research aims to evaluate the relationship among e-Samsat, income, and sanctions on vehicle tax payer compliance in the Pekalongan City Samsat Case Study. The highest prevalence of typhoid fever in the area of Klego Health Center is children at group of 3-19 year old. School-age children tend to pay less attention to personal hygiene because they do not know that snacking carelessly can cause the spread of various diseases. The purpose of this research is to explore salmonella bacteria in school snacks. Methods: This is a descriptive research. The data collection technique was in the form of laboratory observation with the object of research identifying Salmonella in school snacks. The population in this study were school snacks in the working area of the Klego Health Center with the sampling technique using purposive sampling .Results: The results of this study showed that out of 18 samples, 2 samples (S2C and S2D) were positively contaminated with Salmonella bacteria. Conclusion: Out of 18 samples of school snacks, 2 of them were positive for Salmonella bacteria. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out training classes and routine screening of food tests by the Pekalongan City Health Office.

Keywords: Salmonella, school snacks, foodborne illness
Alreza Virdianita Ristiawati Ristiawati Nur Lu’lu Fitriyani Copyright (c) 2023 JURNAL LITBANG KOTA PEKALONGAN 2023-12-30 2023-12-30 21 2 10.54911/litbang.v21i2.256 Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Turnover Intention pada Perawat di RS X Kota Pekalongan https://jurnal.pekalongankota.go.id/index.php/litbang/article/view/266
Background: Nurses have a very important task for the provision of health services in hospitals.
