Pekalongan City is one of nine filariasis endemic districts/cities in Central Java Province. Therefore, a control effort is needed that does not have a negative impact on the environment, namely through the use of vegetable larvicides. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of vegetable larvicidal extracts from lengkuas rhizome, lemon grass rhizome, betel leaf and zodia leaf. This research uses the True Experiment method. The samples in this study were Culex quinquefasciatus mosquito larvae taken randomly. Extract of lengkuas rhizome, lemongrass rhizome, and betel leaf were made in 1% and 5% variations with a volume of 200 ml. Meanwhile the zodia leaf extract was made with a 1% variation with a volume of 200 ml. The results showed that the higher the feed concentration, the higher the percentage of larvae mortality. This is in line with research conducted by Zunita (2018), that the more concentrated the concentration of a solution, the more poison that was ingested by the larvae so that the mortality of the larvae was higher.
Dita Ayuningtiyas Tuti Lulu Fitriyani Karoma Dara Juanita Intan Salsabila Lailatul Adni Reza Aini Zahro Fathimah Fakarina Widia Irfiani Labibah Fara Anindya Copyright (c) 2024 JURNAL LITBANG KOTA PEKALONGAN https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-12-30 2024-12-30 22 2 75 79 10.54911/litbang.v22i2.304 Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Rata – Rata Lama Sekolah terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Kabupaten Banjar https://jurnal.pekalongankota.go.id/index.php/litbang/article/view/333
The Human Development Index is important parameter in describing development from human perspective based on three main dimensions, namely health, education and living standards. This means that 96.6% of the dependent variable, namely the human development index, can be explained or influenced by the independent variable.
Ahmad Syairoji Rusdiana Rusdiana Lola Malihah Copyright (c) 2024 JURNAL LITBANG KOTA PEKALONGAN https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-12-30 2024-12-30 22 2 80 87 10.54911/litbang.v22i2.333 Pemetaan Sumber Daya Lokal Kota Pekalongan untuk Mendukung Kebutuhan Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang https://jurnal.pekalongankota.go.id/index.php/litbang/article/view/1016
The establishment of the Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) opens up economic opportunities by absorbing labor and fulfilling needs based on local resources. Pekalongan City, which is adjacent to KITB, has the opportunity to gain financial and social benefits, reduce disparities in regional development, and increase Gross Regional Income (GRDP). However, Pekalongan City does not yet have a comprehensive map of resource potential that meets KITB's needs. This study aims to build a more comprehensive map of Pekalongan City's Resource potential according to KITB's needs. Descriptive qualitative analysis is used to analyze the multiplier effect of KITB and social mapping for mapping human resources according to KITB's needs. Meanwhile, quantitative analysis with shift-share and location quotient is used for its economic analysis. Finally, a SWOT analysis is carried out to describe the development strategy for local resource potential in Pekalongan City. The results of the study indicate that there are four (4) leading and potential sectors to be developed as drivers of the economy in Pekalongan City: (1) Accommodation and food and beverage provision; (2) Water supply; Waste, waste, and recycling management; (3) Construction; and (4) Health services and social activities. Based on the results of the multiplier impact analysis, there are 10 business sectors in Pekalongan City that are very closely related to the needs of KITB, such as the processing industry, creative industry, provision of accommodation and food and beverages, and others. 56.89% of the openly unemployed workforce in Pekalongan City have the opportunity to be absorbed as workers in various KITB industry tenants and with the skills they have and have been adjusted to the needs of 18 companies: sewing/garment skills, informatics, construction, and welding. In addition, several strategies were proposed by the Pekalongan City Government to develop the potential of local resources.
Siti Afiani Musyarofah Alva Edy Tontowi Copyright (c) 2024 JURNAL LITBANG KOTA PEKALONGAN https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-12-30 2024-12-30 22 2 88 100 10.54911/litbang.v22i2.1016 Strategi Penanganan Anak Tidak Sekolah (ATS) di Kota Pekalongan https://jurnal.pekalongankota.go.id/index.php/litbang/article/view/779
At the beginning of 2024, Pekalongan City received ATS data from Dapodik Kemendikbudristek RI as many as 1,739 ATS Graduated and didn’t continue school / Dropped Out. Planning and funding this issue ideally requires harmonization and implementation of top-down and bottom-up alignment. Neglect from a regional point of view often causes various obstacles in implementation, which of course, causes inefficiency. The allocation and distribution of budgeting through special transfer funds for environmental issues is interesting to elaborate on with attention to the sustainability of the policy and the expected benefits. The analysis of the implementation of government funding support for the development of national priorities related to the environmental sector in the region is interesting to elaborate more deeply to provide information on strategic control and integration of future development. This further elaboration is in line with the national economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic, which has attracted the attention of many parties. The method used in the analysis is a mixed method approach through documents review and limited discussion (FGD) with stakeholders at the central-regional level, as well as through online survey methods. The documents review includes all planning documents at the central and regional levels to capture the Physical Special Allocation Fund (SAF) 2021 policy for the Environment, analyze budget distribution, and analyze central-regional planning/funding alignment in terms of planning documents. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method and online questionnaires are used to capture field problems. Expexted outcomes in this evaluation-based analysis can provide recommendations following the actual conditions in the area as the implementer of this fund.
Andi Setyo Pambudi Copyright (c) 2024 JURNAL LITBANG KOTA PEKALONGAN https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-12-30 2024-12-30 22 2 122 138 10.54911/litbang.v22i2.328 Pola Spasial Aksesibilitas Fasilitas Publik Kota Pekalongan: Pendekatan Grid dan Machine Learning https://jurnal.pekalongankota.go.id/index.php/litbang/article/view/959
This study analyzes infrastructure accessibility patterns in Pekalongan City using a grid-based approach and machine learning methods. By integrating data from BPS, OpenStreetMap, and ESRI 2023, the research employs 100m × 100m grid analysis units to measure accessibility to public facilities such as education, healthcare, and commerce. Analysis using three clustering methods (K-Means, Bisecting K-Means, and Agglomerative) identifies three distinctive accessibility patterns. The first cluster (40.29%) demonstrates optimal accessibility with high road density, predominantly in the city center. The second cluster (31.64%) exhibits moderate accessibility, characterizing transitional areas. The third cluster (32.90%) shows the lowest accessibility, particularly in southern and coastal regions. Machine learning modeling using Catboost achieves the highest accuracy with a logloss value of 0.0091, confirming distance to healthcare and commercial facilities as key determinants of accessibility. These findings provide empirical foundations for more targeted infrastructure development, with policy recommendations tailored to each cluster's characteristics. The developed methodology offers a novel approach to urban accessibility analysis that can be replicated in other cities with similar characteristics.
Yohanes Eki Apriliawan Copyright (c) 2024 JURNAL LITBANG KOTA PEKALONGAN https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-12-30 2024-12-30 22 2 139 153 10.54911/litbang.v22i2.959
